Day-by-day Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be met by our customer service officer and transferred to a city hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure for relaxation. In the evening, you will be transferred to the Carnivore Restaurant for a welcome dinner.
Overnight at a City Hotel.
Day 2: Nairobi - Meru National Park
Early breakfast at the Hotel and transferred to Wilson Airport in Nairobi for a local scheduled light aircraft flight: Wilson/ Meru. On arrival in Meru National Park, you will be picked by the Lodge/ Camp's 4x4 vehicle and transferred to the Camp, followed by a shared game viewing en-route.
Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/ Camp.
Day 3: Meru National Park
Full day in Meru National Park, with shared morning and afternoon game viewing drives / activities.
Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/ Camp.
Day 4: Meru - Loisaba Conservancy
Breakfast at the Lodge/ Camp and transferred to the airstrip for your flight: Meru/ Loisaba (flight timings to be reconfirmed on firm booking). On arrival in Loisaba airstrip, you will be met and transferred to the Lodge/ Camp using their 4x4 vehicle. Lunch at the Lodge/ Camp followed by afternoon game viewing drive.
Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/ Camp.
Day 5: Loisaba Conservancy
Full day in the Loisaba Ranch with shared game viewing drives and applicable local activities.
Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/ Camp.
Day 6: Loisaba - Masai Mara National Reserve
Breakfast at the Lodge/ Camp and later transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight: Loisaba/ Masai Mara. On arrival in Masai Mara airstrip, you will be met and transferred to your Lodge/ Camp. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a shared game drive.
Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/ Camp.
Day 7 & 8: Masai Mara National Reserve
On these two days you will enjoy the morning and afternoon game drives in Masai Mara National Reserve on a shared Camp's 4x4 vehicle.
Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/ Camp.
Day 9: Departure
This is your last day in the reserve. Start the day with a dawn game drive, followed by breakfast at the camp. Later you will be transferred to the Mara airstrip for your scheduled return flight from Masai Mara to Wilson Airport. Then you will be transferred directly to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight home or alternatively at a city hotel for your stay extension (Own arrangement).

- 30 percent at the time of booking
- Balance 60 days prior to your arrival
Standard cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation or variation of services for whatever reasons, the Company shall be entitled to charge cancellation fees as set out hereunder:
- Cancellations received between 60 days to 45 days prior to commencement of Services shall be charged at 30% of the total cost of Services;
- Cancellation received between 44 days to 8 days prior to commencement of Services shall be charged at 60% of the total cost of Services;
- Cancellations received within 7 days or after commencement of Services shall be charged at the full cost of Services;
- The liability to reimburse the Company for the cancellation fees, non-refundable booking fee, no show fees, administration fee and the like, shall in no way limit or restrict the general rights of the Company to collect damages for breach of contract.

Safari Pricing

Rates are multiplied by the number of travellers. Children are charged at 50% of the adult base rate. Final pricing remains subject to terms and conditions.
