Karafuu Beach Resort & Spa (also known as Karafuu Hotel & Beach Resort) is a large luxury 4-star resort located in Pingwe on the north-east peninsula of Zanzibar, set on a secluded stretch of powder-white sand and gorgeous tropical garden on the island's east coast. The resort is just 50 minutes drive from the airport and approximately 65 km from Stone Town. Karafuu is the only hotel where you can enjoy a comfortable swim in the ocean at low tide, with a 200-meter path in front of the hotel leading from the beach to a giant natural swimming pool.
