Kenya Red Cross

When Kenya experienced an outbreak of post-election violence, Diwaka Safaris employees filled a van load of clothing and food for distribution with the help of Kenya Red Cross at one of the temporary camps set up for the victims. kenyaredcross.org

Hosanna Children's Home

Hosanna Children's Home is located just outside Nairobi (20kms from Nairobi) and hosts destitute children, some of whom have been rescued from street life, while others have been abandoned by their families or are orphans. heartsforchange.ca

Motherly Care Children's Home

Motherly Care Children's Home (MCCH) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a loving home to the many orphaned children in Kenya. They strive to rescue children who have been displaced, abandoned, or orphaned as a result of HIV/Aids or physical or sexual abuse.

David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

Lewa Conservancy is home to a wide variety of wildlife with over 70 mammal and 350 bird species. As a result of its successful wildlife management policy, Lewa is now able to translocate some species to repopulate other parks and reserves in Kenya. sheldrickwildlifetrust.org
