Sample Itinerary I – Kenya Only

Day 01 Arrival - Nairobi

On arrival, Safaris representative will be on hand to assist.
Safaris will seek admission for our representative to the Visa lobby, who will assist with paying visa fees. The fees are US$50.00 per person.
Transfer to the hotel, where on arrival a welcome drink will be served as check-in proceeds.
Dinner will be served in the hotel.

OVERNIGHT: THE STANLEY HOTEL

0630Hrs Wake-up call
0645Hrs Baggage outside for loading to Luggage van.
0700Hrs Breakfast will be served in the hotel.
0800Hrs Depart Nairobi, heading to Lake Nakuru National Park. (170Km, 3Hrs)
1230Hrs On arrival in the park, enjoy en-route game drive and later a welcome drink on check-in at the lodge.
1300Hrs Lunch will be served at the Lodge.
After lunch, relax at the Lodge.
1600Hrs Proceed on game drive in the park to enjoy game viewing and bird watching.
2000Hrs Dinner will be served in the lodge, with entertainment by local traditional dancers.

OVERNIGHT: SAROVA LION HILL LODGE

0630Hrs Wake-up call
0645Hrs Luggage outside for loading to Luggage van.
0700Hrs Breakfast will be served in the Lodge.
0930Hrs Depart Nakuru and proceed to Mt. Kenya Safari Club (210Km, 3Hrs)
1230Hrs Welcome drink on check-in.
1300Hrs Lunch will be served in the club.
Later in the afternoon, enjoy the various optional activities available at the club.
Optional: Experience the Equator ceremony during which the clockwise and anticlockwise draining of water is exhibited on both sides of the equator, with sparkling wine. Each client is then presented with an Equator certificate and a visit to the Animal Orphanage. (Supplementary cost shown separately).
1800Hrs Optional: Cocktail at the Rose Gardens. (This is a pre-dinner cocktail, where drinks and some canapés are served)
2100Hrs Dinner will be served at the main dining hall.

OVERNIGHT: MT. KENYA SAFARI CLUB.

0700Hrs Breakfast will be served in the club.
0900Hrs Proceed to Sweetwater's sanctuary, home to Chimpanzees and Rhino among other wildlife. Enjoy a game drive of the sanctuary.
The group may have to be split to do various activities by alternations.
1300Hrs Lunch will be served at the Sweetwater's Luxury.
1500Hrs Return to Mt. Kenya Safari Club.
2000Hrs Optional: Bush Dinner by River Likii will be served with traditional dancers entertaining guests. This option will largely depend on the weather.
2100Hrs Dinner will be served in the club.

OVERNIGHT: MT. KENYA SAFARI CLUB.

0800Hrs Breakfast will be served in the club.
0900Hrs Transfer to the airstrip for charter flight to Maasai Mara.
1000Hrs Fly to Maasai Mara. Please note the Dash 7(48Pax) is limited to 40 Pax on this route.
1130Hrs On arrival in Mara, met and assisted before being transferred to the Club. Enjoy en route game drive on your way there.
1300Hrs Lunch will be served in the club.
After Lunch relax at the club.
1600Hrs Proceed on afternoon game drive in the reserve.
1800Hrs Optional: Enjoy a one-hour Sundowner cocktail on the Aitong Hills. The cocktail will include hot and cold canapés and drinks.
2000Hrs Dinner will be served in the Club.

OVERNIGHT: MARA SAFARI CLUB

0600Hrs Wake-up call
0620Hrs Coffee/Tea and pastries will be served at the lobby.
0630Hrs Depart for early morning game drive in the reserve.
0830Hrs Optional: Enjoy Bush breakfast in the Savanna.
0900Hrs Breakfast will be served in the club.
1100Hrs Optional: Visit a Maasai Village and later return to the club.
1300Hrs Lunch will be served in the camp.
1600Hrs Proceed on afternoon game drive and later return to the club to freshen up.
1930Hrs Optional: Enjoy Bush dinner to be set-up under the stars with Maasai mock attack and dances.
2000Hrs Dinner will be served in the club.

OVERNIGHT: MARA SAFARI CLUB

0630Hrs Wake up call
0645Hrs Luggage outside the room.
0700Hrs Breakfast will be served in the club.
0800Hrs Depart Mara headed to Nairobi by Road (~350Km, 5Hrs)
Optional: Charter flight to Nairobi.
1300Hrs On arrival in Nairobi, transfer to the Carnivore Restaurant for Lunch.
(Depending on flight details, we can do Carnivore Dinner and Lunch at Rangers Restaurant. The Lunch will be Extra.)
1430Hrs Optional: Day Rooms (until 1800Hrs) at Nairobi hotel depending on flight details.

Transfer to the airport (03 hours prior to flight time) for outbound flight.
