Katavi Hippo Garden

Katavi Hippo Garden Hotel & Campsite is located in Sitalike village, just outside Katavi National Park in Tanzania. The lodge offers a rustic and immersive experience for travelers seeking proximity to nature. Set alongside a riverbed, guests can observe hippos, giraffes, and elephants in their natural habitats. The lodge features self-contained bandas (cottages) equipped with basic amenities, including hot and cold showers. While the exterior of the bandas may appear weathered, the interiors are maintained for cleanliness and comfort. The lodge also offers camping facilities, with access to bathroom amenities.
