Itinerary

Meet on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Afternoon game drive in Lake Manyara National Park Lake Manyara is known for the flamingos that inhabit the Lake; it is also the home of a diverse set of landscapes, wildlife and is a good spot for bird watching. The Name Manyara comes from the Maasai word emanyara, which is a euphorbia species of plant that is grown into a hedge around a family homestead. Dinner and overnight at the LODGE/CAMP IN MANYARA.

After breakfast drive to Lake Eyasi. Visit Mto wa mbu Village on the way; “Mto wa Mbu village is among the most active Villages in northern Tanzania, and it is the best stop over for an authentic cultural interaction and great tours”. Evening visit Datoga village to observe their cultural activities. Dinner and overnight at the LODGE/CAMP IN LAKE EYASI.

Early morning depart for hunting activity with the Hadzabe tribesmen. Lake Eyasi is one of the few places remaining in Africa where Tribal life is still preserved relatively untouched by the development of the region. The Hadzabe people have called Lake Eyasi home for more than 10,000 years, and still their hunter gatherer lifestyle; making any of the last citadels of Ancient African tribal life. Lunch at the Lodge. Dinner and overnight at LODGE/CAMP IN LAKE EYASI.

After breakfast drive to Serengeti Park. Afternoon games drive at central Serengeti. Picnic lunch at Serengeti provides sanctuary to the highest concentration of plain animals in the world. Survey estimates have put the animal population 4,000,000 including 3000 lions, 1,600,000 wildebeests, 300,000 Thomson and grants gazelle, 500, 000 Zebras. For the ornithologist, there are 400 species of birds in the Serengeti. Dinner and Overnight at the LODGE/CAMP IN SERENGETI.

Full day of game drives in Serengeti National Park. Picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight at LODGE/CAMP IN SERENGETI.

After breakfast transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Picnic lunch. Tanzania’s secret garden’ which contains a hidden world of teeming wildlife. Descend 2000 feet from the lush rain forest on the rim to the Savannah bush and acacia woodland on the crater floor. The World’s largest inactive, Intact and unfilled volcanic Caldera. The Crater, which formed when a volcano exploded and collapsed on itself two to three Milton ago. Later descend to the crater for a half day of game drives in Ngorongoro Dinner & Overnight at the Lodge / camp in Ngorongoro.

After breakfast drive back to Arusha. Transfer to Arusha Airport for your onward flight to Zanzibar.
