On a quiet stretch of one of the most beautiful Kenya Beach Resorts, stands a graceful, settler-built family holiday home and one of the most welcoming hotels in Kenya. Cocooned in 12 acres of indigenous coastal forest, Diani House is the ultimate oasis.
Guests arriving into Mombasa are met by a Diani House driver, accompanied by cold drinks, and transferred the one (or so) hour from Mombasa Island by road to Diani. Scheduled and charter flights, coach and train tickets and Mombasa transfers can all be arranged for you to get to this Kenya Beach Resort.
Accommodation is for up to twelve guests in four twin / double rooms (all ensuite) and a two roomed family cottage (with a shared bathroom). There is also a small single room with an outside bathroom.
ROOM DCOR & AMENITIES: Each bedroom has its own verandah and direct access to the garden and beach.
Food is a special feature of a Diani house holiday with the emphasis on seafood and fresh Local produce. Meals are usually taken 'al fresco' on the verandah or in the garden and Guests can order meals on their own verandahs if preferred.
Children are very welcome. Baby sitting and nanny services can be arranged.The entire house may be rented on a per-night basis. N.B. This option is only available during low season or at short notice.
Laundry services are available a massage or manicure on your own veranda makes a self-pampering treat ... and lots more. With its own motor launch, water sports equipment and deep-sea fishing tackle, guests may enjoy fishing for marlin, tuna or kingfish; dawn dolphin- spotting; sun-downer cruises along the coast; beach barbecues on deserted islands or the exploration of hidden creeks and sacred coastal forests
