Chalets Cote Mer is located in south coast of Praslin on an astonishing property with a colorful, flourished garden and a stunning view, just 10 meters away from a small beach at low tide which is ideal for snorkeling.

Pleasantly located on the hillside, nesting amongst the abundant tropical shrubs, the Hotel offers 6 Apartments of 80sqm, 4 superior rooms of 50sqm and 3 standard rooms of 25m2, all with balcony or terrace.

away from the water’s edge. Duplex style accommodating a maximum of 4 persons, consisting of one double room with king size bed, a side room with bunk beds, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/living room, balcony, shower, fan and safe deposit box. Daily cleaning with bath towels changed every 2 days and bed sheets every 3 days.
4 Superior rooms – 50m2; All spacious with great sea view (2 units have a Mezzanine). All superior rooms have queen sized beds, shower room, hairdryer, coffee-Tea
Making facilities, television, fridge, safety box, and Air Conditioning. Daily cleaning with bath towels changed every 2 days and bed sheets every 3 days
3 Standard rooms – 25m2; perched on rock in a beautiful tropical garden overlooking the bay. These rooms are bungalow type and are equipped with a shower, sitting room and balcony.
The restaurant is situated on the water’s edge. Rene a French Master Chef is there to offer you outstanding Creole and International dishes.
Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9.30am.
Buffet style dinner is served at 7.30pm and offers a set-menu with starter, Fish Meat and Dessert, coffee, tea or lemon grass.
There is a terrace for sunbathing as well as a shady area for reading and relaxing.
Snorkeling can be enjoyed within a few metres of the hotel while bicycle hire, fishing, diving and island excursions are also available.

TOWELS
The hotel does not provide BEACH TOWELS to the clients as we do not have a beach, we offer ONLY POOL TOWELS for the Hotel pool.
PRINT OUTS
As we are aiming for an environmentally safe Seychelles, The hotel does not offer print outs of any kind, Air Tickets, boat tickets, vouchers. The clients must organize this before arrival to the hotel or the agency can organize for them.

As we are aiming for an environmentally safe Seychelles, we have placed badges in all the rooms, once clients leaves the room and locks the door the power will switch off.
If clients are in the room and open the doors or windows leading outside the air condition will switch off.
