Restaurants & Bars
An imposing L-shaped building located on the seafront Island’s western promontory houses the bar, lounge on two levels with contemporary and comfortable furnishings, superb wine cellar (wine- tasting possibilities), boutique, library, lodge’s administration and also its spacious bar and restaurant areas that propose an inviting and authentic atmosphere of languid, island-style living.
The restaurant is already an enviable reputation for some of the finest cuisine in Seychelles. The outside terrace restaurant offers a diverse and refined culinary experience – a perfect marriage of home-grown fruits, vegetables and herbs along with poultry, eggs and milk from the farm and fresh seafood from the surrounding waters.
The restaurant is opened from 07.30 – 10.00hrs for breakfast and offers clients a sumptuous breakfast buffet of local fruits, freshly squeezed juices, farm eggs, fresh croissants and Danish pastries.
Lunches present a choice of three buffets: Salad; a variety of hot dishes complemented by an open grill preparing fish or meat and, finally, a table of desserts. Opening hours is from 13.00 – 14.30hrs.
Dinner is served at 20.00 – 22.30hrs. Most nights guests are offered 5course menu, interrupted by theme evenings: Creole night (Creole Buffet served on Thursdays and Saturdays) including entertainment by the island dancers, Japanese night showcasing the Sushi Chef’s demonstration of live cooking using the freshest ingredients and al fresco dining under the stars.
Candle light dinners on the beach or at the deck of the villas may be organized upon request at a charge.
The bar is the natural place for a reunion after a fulfilling day, whether with friends or in intimate tête á tête over one of the island’s delicious cocktails.

Denis Island offers a variety of theme evenings and alternative dining experiences such as Seafood Night, Creole Nights, Grill Night or ‘Alfresco Dining Experiences’ Wine Cellar ‘Degustation’ and Dining is new to Denis, whereby a special ‘Menu Degustation’ is served in the Wine Cellar for an intimate evening. The atmosphere is enhanced by a comprehensively stocked cellar which stocks different wines stacked as per country of origin and label. A setting with a difference for a special evening.
