Join Diwaka Safaris in the scenic scrubland of Kenya. This 8 day, 7-night Kenya safari tour gives a great insight into Kenya’s diverse landscapes and wildlife. Guests will visit the world-famous Bird Sanctuary of Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara- Kenya’s most popular game park, with the possibility of seeing all the big five and many other species of game. During this safari, you will be accompanied by an English-speaking tour guide and transported in comfortable 4×4 safari vehicles. You get a chance to visit Lakes Baringo, Bogoria, Nakuru, Naivasha and Masai Mara Game Reserve.

Day-by-day Safari Itinerary
Day 1: NAIROBI - LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
Upon arrival during the morning hours at the airport, you will be received by a Diwaka Safari representative and shall drive towards Lake Nakuru with a stop-over at the viewpoint to view the elevated spectaculars view of the Great Rift Valley, afterward proceed to Lake Nakuru, arriving on time for lunch and game drive in the afternoon. Notable game within the lake includes Hippo and Clawless Otters.

Day 2: LAKE NAKURU - LAKE BOGORIA NATIONAL RESERVE
Breakfast at the lodge/ camp. Proceed to Lake Bogoria for Lunch. Lake Bogoria in Kenya's Rift Valley is famed for its geysers and its huge population of Flamingos, which come to feed on algae and drink fresh water from lakeside spouts.

Day 3: LAKE BOGORIA - LAKE BARINGO NATIONAL RESERVE
Breakfast at the Lodge/ Camp then explore Lake Baringo, famously known as the ‘new home of Flamingos, as it is visited by up to two million migratory birds. The reserve is one of the few Kenyan parks accessible on foot and bikes, and plenty of wildlife, including Leopards, Zebras and Hyenas, freely roam the territory.

Day 4: LAKE BARINGO - LAKE NAIVASHA
After breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Naivasha for lunch. Later in the afternoon, go for an adventurous game drive at Hells gate National Park, named for the intense geothermal activity within its boundaries and is a remarkable quarter of the Great Rift Valley. Spectacular scenery, including the towering cliffs, water-gouged gorges, stark rock towers, scrub-clad volcanoes, and belching plumes of geothermal steam, make it one of the most atmospheric Parks in Africa. In addition to the bio-diversity that includes raptors, visitors can enjoy mountain biking, rock climbing, and a natural spa.

Day 5: LAKE NAIVASHA - MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
After breakfast at the lodge, have a 01-hour boat ride. Proceed to Masai Mara National Reserve to arrive for lunch at the Lodge or Camp. Experience late afternoon game viewing drive at the Masai Mara National Reserve, so named to mean the “spotted plains” in the Maa language. This is home to large mammals' greatest concentration and is widely recognized as Africa’s ultimate wildlife reserve. The park is the northern extension to the vast Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, famous for its annual migration of wildebeest, breathtaking sceneries, never-ending plains, and the most abundant variety of wildlife remaining anywhere in the world.

Day 6 & 7: MASAI MARA
For these 2 days we explore the Mara region which is packed with the big five and many varied wildlife. You will enjoy picnic lunches while in Maasai Mara.

Day 8: DEPARTURE
After breakfast at the Lodge/Camp, enjoy game drive enroute as you embark on your return journey to Nairobi.

- 30 percent at the time of booking
- Balance 60 days prior to your arrival
Standard cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation or variation of services for whatever reasons, the Company shall be entitled to charge cancellation fees as set out hereunder:
- Cancellations received between 60 days to 45 days prior to commencement of Services shall be charged at 30% of the total cost of Services;
- Cancellation received between 44 days to 8 days prior to commencement of Services shall be charged at 60% of the total cost of Services;
- Cancellations received within 7 days or after commencement of Services shall be charged at the full cost of Services;
- The liability to reimburse the Company for the cancellation fees, non-refundable booking fee, no show fees, administration fee and the like, shall in no way limit or restrict the general rights of the Company to collect damages for breach of contract.

Safari Pricing
From USD 2,675
Rates are multiplied by the number of travellers. Children are charged at 50% of the adult base rate. Final pricing remains subject to terms and conditions.
