The luxury apartments on Eden Island range from 88m² to 215m², and provide a choice of 1-bedroom,2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments.

These fully equipped apartments have extended covered verandas that open upon breathtaking marina or ocean views. Surrounded by clear turquoise water from the warm Indian Ocean, these marina apartments are easily accessed by sea, and provide opportunities to explore nearby islands such as Cerf and Sainte Anne.

Eden Island’s Seychelles apartments were inspired by nature, textured with designs such as sand, shell and rock, and splashed in island colours such as green, brown, blue and white. Emphasising spaciousness - via large verandas, open doors and awe-inspiring views

Spaced all around the island, in apartment blocks not higher than two-stories, each apartment comes standard with Miele appliances – washing machine, dryer, oven and hob, a dishwasher and refrigerator. Also included is an Electrically Powered Vehicle (EPV), which is useful for navigating the island. Each EPV has its own private undercover parking bay located at the apartment blocks.

Maisons are private and luxurious duplex home, spacious semi-detached houses that vary from two to four bedrooms, all built standard with large en-suite bathrooms. Made to represent  the same standards of luxury as apartments at Eden Island, Maisons are situated on plots that range from 260m² and 1,000m², with each Maison facing in a different direction to optimise privacy and bringing the extensive

outdoors inside through large verandas and open windows. Along with the Miele appliances that come standard with the Maison, there is also a private kitchen yard.
