Imagine waking up in the middle of the wilderness and hearing nothing but the sounds of the birds chirping and animals grazing, definitely a treasured moment of a lifetime only to be experienced at Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara.Each tent within the conservancy has 700 acres of grassland to itself - the region's lowest density.Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara comprises five twin and seven double occupancy tents, whilst the honeymoon suite is 100 sq meters and has its very own plunge pool.After a game drive of a lifetime with your loved one, return to the camp, having seen the sunset over the Mara plains, thereafter relax in the cooling waters of the plunge pool as you gaze at the Resident Hippos in our Hippo Pool and sip champagne, a picture-perfect memory.Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara tents are built on a luxurious wooden base, an ideal spot for reading your favorite novel and drifting into fantasy land.

Room dcor: Accommodation at Keekorok is in bungalows, single storey blocks and in comfortable shaded chalets all en-suite. The liberal use of cedar, pink and gray sand river stone and other indigenous building materials off set the green lawns and colourful bougainvillea.

The tents are furnished with comfortable beds, a lounge area with wide sofas and rugs. All tents have suite bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer and a range of toiletries, including bath salts for you to soak in the bathtub after an early morning game drive or the evening game drive.

Food & Drink

Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara Camp dining experience in the Mara is one that cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world, with a range of options from indoor - outdoor dining. Guests are offered a daily set menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner which can be enjoyed under canvas, outdoor by the pool, facing the camp lawns or on a private deck area facing the Mara plains which is also equipped with a selection of books and a telescope for animal sighting.

Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara Camp bar is located adjacent to the poolside, where guests can enjoy drinks during their stay. The package rate is full board including selected beverage items. Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara prides itself in being an eco - friendly resort. Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara Camp has the largest organic garden in the conservancy and uses the daily harvest for home made soups, salads, garden vegetables as an accompaniment with the main course poultry, meat and seafood selections. Sunset in the Mara is breath taking, the sky is painted in colors of red and pale orange at first before a purple and grey after glow take over, sundowners in the conservancy are a must do during Sunset.

Recreational Facilities

Day Game Drives: Guests staying at Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara Camp are able to enjoy two game drives on each day of stay. Game Drives are in 4x4 Land Cruisers with knowledgeable safari guides who have a minimum of Bronze Level KSPGA qualification.Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara Camp Game Drives take you into the conservancy area. From the comfort of your Land Cruiser enjoy the breathtaking scenery, which comprises the sky in the distance, endless grassland, herds of animals, wild cats, unique bird species nestling in the acacia tree, and other exciting surprises for the moment.

The fresh air getting on and of vehicles and whilst on safari is purely a heavenly treat. The two game drives per day are included in the package.

Night Game Drives

Night Game Drives are a very unique experience that can only be enjoyed in the Conservancy. Look out for the nocturnal animals which can only be found during the night.This time of day also remains very exciting since the Wild Cats are in search for prey. Life in the bush during the night remains a very different scene to what guests would experience during day light. Night game drives are a lifetime memory.

Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara is located in the Olare Orok Conservancy Masai Mara, a one hour flight from Nairobi or 90 minutes from Mombasa.
