The Great Rift Valley Lodge is perfectly situated as a stopover between Samburu and the Masai Mara. This lodge in Kenya has stunning views, a championship golf course and many activities for the whole family.

Rooms

03 two-storey blocks each containing 08 rooms (24 rooms) and 01 suite block with 02 bedrooms and a sitting room. All the rooms have a large sitting balcony facing the lake.

ROOM DÉCOR: Each spacious room has a balcony with two safari type seats and a table .The Rooms have Bedside lights, a dressing table with mirror, spacious wardrobe, a luggage rack, an umbrella, bottled mineral water with drinking glasses, windows with mosquito proofing gauze and flaps and a flashlight fully loaded with batteries.

Room amenities:

  • a) Standard rooms: These rooms are on the first floor and on the ground floor of each block. They all have wooden balcony with twin beds and queen size double beds on both upper and lower floors. The balconies are furnished with a table and lounge seats and offer an excellent place to relax and watch the many bird species found in this region.( Lake Naivasha has over 400 different bird species in its surrounding). At night, resident wild animals can be spotted grazing. The rooms have 240V power outlets, private bathrooms with shower stall, 115/240V shaving socket, wash basin, shampoo, body lotion, bath and shower gel, hair drier and bathrobes; Freshly laundered towels; Hot and cold running water.
  • b) Suite room: The lodge has 01 suite cottage with 02 bedrooms and one shared living room. In addition to all the other amenities in the standard rooms, the suite has bath tab in each bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen with a fridge.

Sawela Lodge consists of 6 blocks each containing 8 rooms and 1 (2 bedroom Executive suite) with and a specious lounge. All the rooms have a large sitting balcony facing the lake.

The Lodge offers a new and serene location for training and conferencing.They have modern conference rooms, and provide an excellent conferencing package.Lake Naivasha: Being the second largest fresh water lake in Kenya, this is a paradise for bird lovers with more than 350 species found here and also a variety of wildlife including hippos and buffalos.
