Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti is a luxurious 5-star sanctuary nestled within Serengeti National Park in Tanzania's UNESCO World Heritage Site, perched on elevated platforms and walkways next to an active animal watering hole. Located in the heart of the world's most celebrated wildlife reserve, the lodge offers the chance to observe the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and rhinoceros) running free on endless untamed landscapes. The lodge offers 77 luxury accommodations including 60 guest rooms, 12 suites, and 5 freestanding villas. All rooms feature expansive windows, large private terraces (many with private dipping pools), four-poster beds with mosquito netting, local textiles and artwork, air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and complimentary Premium Wi-Fi. Suites include elevated open-air terraces with direct Serengeti views and private infinity pools. Restaurant

Dining features 3 restaurants: Kula's Restaurant (African-inspired and international menu), Boma Grill (taste of Africa around open firepit), and Maji Bar & Terrace (cocktails and tapas). Guests can enjoy 24-hour in-room dining, custom torchlit wilderness dinners in the bush protected by Maasai warriors, or catered picnics during game drives. The lodge has a gift shop, library, and two boutiques for souvenirs and essentials.

Recreational facilities

Facilities include the Serengeti Kani Spa (full-service with six freestanding treatment rooms), freeform outdoor infinity-edge pool overlooking the active watering hole frequented by elephants, 72-square-meter fitness center offering yoga, fitness, and meditation classes, Games Room, Library, Kijana Klub (kids' club for children and teens), and interactive Discovery Centre (part museum with exhibits and lecture hall for learning about local wildlife, environment, and culture). The lodge also offers laundry services and resident elephant herd viewing.

Activities

Activities include thrilling game drives (all-terrain vehicle excursions), hot-air balloon safaris, walking safaris, birdwatching, wildlife observation on-site, and respectful visits with local Maasai tribespeople. Thanks to infrared cameras, guests are notified on Channel 1 of their bedroom TV when animals approach the watering hole – ensuring you never miss elephants, buffalo herds, or baboons playing in natural habitat. The lodge is 4.3 miles from Banagi center and welcomes children with many programs.
